Erica + Zach | A Late Fall Engagement Session | Stanley Park | Westfield, Massachusetts

Engagement session season has officially come to a close, and I can't think of a better way to leave my season than to end it with Erica + Zach! I first met them at Panera to talk all about the wedding deets-- what seems like forever ago now.. and just like that, we were already planning their …

Amy + Nickolas | Engagement Session At Echo Lake | North Conway, New Hampshire

This wedding and engagement season has given me quite a few reasons to head back to North Conway, which just so happens to be a special place and where Amy and Nick will be getting married next year!! Though it was an overcast day, Echo Lake made for the perfect setting for their engagement session. …

Sharon + Tim | A Fall Engagement Session | Mack’s Apples | Londonderry, New Hampshire

Tim and Sharon are the cutest!! And then add in their little pup, Smudge, and I was in heaven for their engagement session! I have always heard of Mack's Apples in Londonderry, but have never actually gone until then. I knew it was a hot spot in the photographer's community in New Hampshire, and it …

Sarah + Ryan | An Evening Engagement Session in Dover, NH

These two are so sooooo fun! I knew I was going to fall in love with my time with them, when Sarah messaged me saying "Ryan really wants to wear his baboon shirt" and that they wanted some photos at one of their favorite spots which just happened to be a barcade! Full disclosure... I …

Hey, hi. It’s me — your photographer Jess. That’s me and my honey in that photo right there on our very own wedding day. I’m dropping in to remind all my couples to make sure to take every single second in on your wedding day. Something I absolutely did not anticipate was having the wedding blues. And I still do. Almost 9 months later. I have found myself so sad I don’t have my own wedding to look forward to anymore but it’s given me this new lens to look through on wedding days. I catch extra glimpses of peoples reactions and all the details in ways I didn’t before. I’ve always appreciated what I do, and it’s hard work what us vendors do — running around like chickens with our heads amiss. And it makes me thankful I got to experience a wedding on the other side of the fence last year. And while I am ENTIRELY thankful I don’t have the stress of a full wedding season to photograph on top of my own wedding planning (or being pregnant) this year (the last two years were rough haha!) — I miss it. I miss the anticipation. The nerves. The happiness of it all. Even though I was stressed AF I would do anything to relive my day over again (thankfully I have a video for that!). So this is my message to you. Even when you’re feeling like “gosh I can’t wait for it to be over,” just remember to stop and smell the roses. I had my wedding day planned to an absolute science because this is literally what I do for a living and still there was not enough time. Enjoy it 💛
Sneak peeks of @botelhophotographyllc ‘s brand photos that we did this evening in Prescott Park!! It’s giving me warm, glowing, happy vibes and I am here for it! Thanks for hangin’ with me tonight Hailey 🥰
People are mad about rainbows on kids’ shirts at Target? Don’t let them find out we walk on rainbows over here 😉 Happy Pride Month! 🌈 🏳️‍🌈
